It groups transactions by risk category aka POS Flags such as No Sale, Void Transaction, Void Item Tender Cash, Suspend Transaction etc. You can also search transactions by keywords, receipt number, employee id etc. You can pause, rewind and forward videos to better analyze the transaction. You can share transactions with your management via email. You can permanently save important transactions in a “Vault” for future use. In a nutshell, you can spend 15-20 minutes a day and identify any suspicious activities at POS.

Audit

Sierra LP Audit is performed by professionally trained individuals. Your store will be monitored on a daily basis. Any suspicious transactions will be flagged and the management will be informed about this. A daily email will be sent which contains a summary of transactions by POS flags.
